Br4bt Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and the br4bt, operated by br4bt Entretenimento Digital Ltda., headquartered in Brazil. They govern access to and use of all services available on the platform br4bt, including Sports Betting, online casino, Live Casino, Crash Games, and any other current or future products offered on the br4bt.net website.

By using the platform, you agree to these Terms in full. If you have questions about any clause, please contact br4bt via live chat before proceeding with registration. Our team is available 24/7 in Portuguese.

These Terms supplement the Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each promotion or bonus published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion rule, the more specific rule for that situation shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

To use any br4bt service br4bt, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older or older at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF;
• Not be listed on any betting or gambling self-exclusion registry, such as SEAE or similar programs;
• Not have had a previous account closed due to a violation of these Terms;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the Brazilian Civil Code.

The br4bt reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify compliance with the above requirements. Refusing to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Registration & Account

Registering at br4bt is free. To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name as it appears on an official document, CPF, date of birth, active email address, and mobile number. Using another person's details during registration is strictly prohibited.

Each user may hold one active account only at br4bt. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same details or different ones — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and the retention of balances during the investigation.

You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact br4bt. The platform is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account when your password was voluntarily shared.

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be requested at any time, but is required before your first withdrawal. Accepted documents are: a valid Brazilian RG, CNH, or passport, plus proof of address issued within the last 90 days.

4. Sports Betting

The br4bt offers pre-match and live Sports Betting across a wide range of sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, and state championships), MMA and UFC, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends/CBLOL, Valorant, Free Fire, Dota 2, and more), basketball (NBA and NBB), volleyball, tennis, and motorsport.

By placing a bet, you agree that:

• The wagered amount will be immediately deducted from your available balance;
• The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet — even if they change immediately afterward;
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user, except when the cash-out feature is available and enabled;
• The br4bt may cancel or reclassify bets in the event of obvious errors in the odds (for example, odds clearly out of market due to a technical fault);
• Bets on events that are canceled, postponed by more than 72 hours, or ended prematurely without a natural conclusion will be refunded to the account balance.

Cash-out is available on selected markets and allows you to settle a bet before the event ends. The cash-out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and may be lower than the original potential return. The br4bt may temporarily suspend cash-out during periods of high volatility, such as goals or injuries in a live match.

Accumulator bets (parlays) combine two or more events. All outcomes must be correct for the bet to be settled as a winner. The minimum stake per single or accumulator bet on br4bt is R$ 5.00.

5. Casino & Games

The casino section of the br4bt includes slots, Live Casino with real dealers, and crash games. All games are provided by internationally licensed suppliers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, and others. The RTP (return to player) for each slot is available on the game's page.

The results of all casino games are generated by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of the live casino, by physical processes conducted in supervised studios. The br4bt does not interfere with game outcomes.

For crash games such as Aviator and JetX, the multiplier is determined by a verifiable algorithm. The decision to cash out before the multiplier crashes rests solely with the player — the br4bt is not responsible for bets not cashed out in time.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the platform br4bt is conducted exclusively in Brazilian Reais (BRL). Accepted deposit methods are:

• Pix — processed in under 1 minute, available 24/7;
• Boleto bancário — processed within up to 3 business days after payment;
• Credit or debit card from the Visa, Mastercard, and Elo card networks;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago;
• TED Transfer by Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, and other participating banks.

The minimum deposit via Pix is R$ 10.00, with no processing fee. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00 via Pix. Withdrawals to a TED bank account have a minimum of R$ 50.00. The br4bt does not charge any fee on Pix withdrawals.

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Withdrawals should preferably be made using the same method used for the most recent deposit of an equivalent amount.

The br4bt processes Pix withdrawals quickly, available 24 hours a day. In some cases, withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 may undergo an additional security review, with a processing time of up to 3 business days. The user will be notified of the status via the registered email address.

Deposits that remain unused (no bets or wagers placed) for 90 days may be subject to an inactivity fee of R$ 10.00 per month, as outlined in the inactive account policy described in these Terms.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

The br4bt regularly offers bonuses and promotions, including a welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00 on your first deposit, enhanced odds on selected matches, accumulator bonuses, and weekly cashback on e-sports bets. The specific conditions of each promotion are published on the offer page at the time of launch.

General rules applicable to all bonuses at br4bt:

• Every bonus carries a rollover requirement — the combined bonus and deposit amount must be wagered a set number of times before it becomes available for withdrawal;
• The standard rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50;
• Canceled bets, bets on events with odds below 1.50, and bets voided by game rules do not count toward meeting the rollover requirement;
• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus only once — creating a new account to claim the bonus again is considered abuse;
• The br4bt reserves the right to cancel bonuses that were obtained through false information, duplicate accounts, or any other practice constituting promotion abuse.

8. User Conduct

By using the br4bt, you agree not to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any communication with support;
• Using the account for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any other unlawful purpose;
• Attempting to access or compromise the platform's systems, servers, or data;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play casino games;
• Acting in an abusive, threatening, or offensive manner toward the support team or other users of the platform;
• Attempting to interfere with the normal operation of the platform by any technical means.

The br4bt monitors suspicious activity on the platform. Any behavior that constitutes a breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension and balance retention during the investigation.

9. Fraud and Abuse

The br4bt has active fraud detection systems running 24 hours a day. Practices considered fraudulent or abusive include, but are not limited to:

• Duplicate accounts created with the intent of claiming bonuses more than once;
• Use of forged or third-party documents during identity verification;
• Deposits made using cards or accounts belonging to third parties;
• Exploiting technical errors in odds or games without reporting them to support;
• Combining bets across linked accounts to manipulate promotion outcomes;
• Any form of match fixing (manipulation of sporting results) — which also constitutes a criminal offense.

If confirmed fraud is detected, the br4bt may immediately close the account, retain the available balance, reverse deposits where possible, and report the matter to the relevant authorities when the conduct constitutes a criminal offense under Brazilian law.

10. Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at br4bt at any time via live chat or by emailing contato@br4bt.net. Prior to closure, any available balance may be withdrawn, provided all bonus rollover conditions have been met.

The br4bt may close or suspend your account in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms;
• Detection of fraud or suspicious activity;
• Verification that the user does not meet the eligibility requirements;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 months (no deposits, withdrawals, or bets);
• Request made by the user under a responsible gambling self-exclusion.

Accounts closed due to Terms violations may have their balances held during the investigation period. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited. If no violation is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the account holder upon identity verification.

11. Privacy & LGPD

The br4bt handles users' personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13,709/2018). The data collected is used exclusively for platform operation, identity verification, payment processing, support communications, and fulfillment of legal obligations.

All financial data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. The br4bt does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for commercial purposes without the user's explicit consent. Data is shared with third parties only when necessary for the operation of the service (such as payment processors) or when required by law.

12. Responsible Gambling

The br4bt believes that sports betting and casino games are forms of entertainment and should be enjoyed within healthy limits. The platform offers the following responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limit: set the maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month;
• Loss limit: set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period;
• Session time limit: set alerts for when you reach a certain amount of playing time;
• Temporary self-exclusion: block access to the platform for a set period (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months);
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account with no option to reopen it.

13. Limitation of Liability

The br4bt provides the platform "as is," with no guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. Emergency outages due to technical issues may occur without prior notice.

The br4bt is not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions;
• Losses caused by internet or device instability on the user's end;
• Indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform;
• Game results provided by third-party suppliers, who are responsible for the integrity of their RNG systems;
• Unauthorized access to a user's account when the password was shared or compromised by the user themselves.

The maximum liability of the br4bt in any situation is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the damage-causing event.

14. Changes to the Terms

The br4bt may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication of the updated version at br4bt.net/terms-conditions. Notifications about significant changes will be sent to the registered email address and displayed as a notice on the platform on the first login after the update.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account and withdraw your available balance before they take effect. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this document.
